We want you to get the care you deserve.
“Experiencing medical care in another country is a vulnerable experience.
I want to empower our patients to receive holistic and respectful care.”
-Minji Kim, Founder
K-DocConnect’s founder Minji’s greatest passions are people and healthcare.
Minji was born in Korea and lived in the U.S for more than 10 years. As she navigated the U.S healthcare system herself, Minji has a deep understanding in how daunting it can be to experience healthcare in another country. With her academic background and personal experiences, Minji founded K-DocConnect to serve expats living in Korea.
Minji is very well aware of diverse backgrounds. She has the utmost respect and understanding of any cultural and spiritual needs and requirements. (i.e. gender identity, same-gender care provider, scheduling around religious observances)
