  • What is the process of your service?

    Submit your information through Get Started. Once we receive your inquiry, our team assesses the availability of services to your needs. We will get back to you if any further information is needed for us to make arrangements. We will soon provide you with a brief plan of care. Upon your acceptance of the plan, an invoice will be delivered to you. After the payment, our team will make the arrangements for your care: options of clinics, location, date and time, reservation if available.

  • Can I use my insurance?

    Korean clinics and hospitals do not process international insurance plans themselves. Patients who do not qualify for Korea’s National Health Insurance Services often pay Out-of-Pocket and submit reimbursement with their own insurance provider.

    Please check with your insurance provider the best way to process the usage.

  • Am I eligible for Korea's National Health Insurance Services?

    Depending on your visa status within Korea (traveling, resident, etc), you may or may not be insured under Korea’s National Health Insurance Service.

    If eligible, the cost of care at the facility will have been accounted for your coverage.

    If not eligible, the cost of care will differ depending on types of services and treatments you receive.

  • How can I check if I am eligible for Korea's National Health Insurance Services?

  • Why are clinic reservations not always available?

    Most primary level clinics including specialists in Korea operate on Walk-In basis. For primary level clinics that provide reservations, our team will arrange the reservations that best fit your needs and time frame.

    For visiting (Secondary) and (Tertiary) hospitals, reservations are likely to be made.

  • What languages are available for your service?

    Only English and Korean services are available at the moment.

  • Do you cater to cultural or religious requisites?

    Our team is very sensitive and well-aware to accommodate diverse cultural or religious needs of our clients. Please do not hesitate to let our team know of your needs.
