K-DocConnect is not liable for any issues, outcomes, or disputes that arise between you and a third-party provider.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, K-DocConnect shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Any medical, health-related, or personal outcomes resulting from contact with third-party healthcare providers

  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in information we provide, including mistakes in translation, interpretation, or cultural understanding

  • Technical problems such as service interruptions, delays, or website malfunctions

  • Miscommunications, dissatisfaction, or disputes between users and third-party providers

  • User reliance on information presented through our platform

We do not guarantee the availability, quality, accuracy, or suitability of any third-party medical providers or their services. The information on our platform is provided for general guidance only and is not a substitute for consultation with licensed medical professionals.

K-DocConnect is not a medical institution and does not provide medical services, diagnoses, or treatment. Nothing in our service shall be construed as a violation of the Medical Service Act of the Republic of Korea.
